  117. HOPELESSLY IN DEBT?  Need a systematic way to rid yourself of it?  The
  118. Debt Analyzer is the answer!  A financial software program designed with
  119. ease and flexibility, it is the perfect tool to help reduce and
  120. eliminate debt.  Debt reduction is illustrated through a debt
  121. elimination schedule or through loan consolidation. Up to 20 debts can
  122. be processed at one time.

  124. The debt elimination schedule works by analyzing all debt information
  125. and assigning a priority to each debt. Debt information includes minimum
  126. payments, current payments, interest rate and loan balance.  Once a debt
  127. is paid off, the payment for that debt is applied to the next highest
  128. priority debt--accelerating the payoff of the debt! You may choose to
  129. have the difference between the current payment and the minimum payment
  130. shuffled around and applied to the highest priority debt. You may also
  131. choose to add an additional monthly amount to your payment--increasing
  132. the acceleration even more! It is the payment acceleration which results
  133. in significant interest savings.

  135. You may prioritize the payoff of your debts in any user specified order.
  136. However, there are 9 predefined priority methods available. These
  137. include "Highest Interest Rate First", "Smallest Balance First",
  138. "Largest Balance First", "Smallest Minimum Payment First", "Largest
  139. Minimum Payment First", "Smallest Current Payment First", "Largest
  140. Current Payment First", "Shortest Term Debt First" and "Longest Term

  145. the payment of the consolidated loan may be specified or the total of
